Calling for Real Consequences
Strategic Unity
Making the Truth Visible
Using our collective voice and purchasing power to demand transparency before support is restored.
Equipping our communities with credible information that exposes how hidden systems shield those in power.
Organizing and leading protests alongside the communities we serve.
What is SOS?
SOS (Stop Organized Secrecy) is a people-powered, survivor-led movement rising up to demand truth and accountability. We are challenging the backroom deals, NDAs, weak oversight, and silencing systems that protect powerful institutions while communities pay the price. We refuse to let harm be hidden, bought off, or buried. Together, we are breaking the silence, exposing what’s been covered up, and building a future where power answers to the people,
not the other way around.
Why Getting Involved Matters
Harm doesn’t always announce itself. It often grows quietly, through systems that avoid transparency and decisions made without public awareness. When this becomes normal, accountability weakens, people are dehumanized, and entire communities are affected without notice. This isn’t about politics or taking sides — it’s about protecting human dignity before damage becomes irreversible. History shows that once harm is accepted as “just how things are,” it’s already gone too far. Awareness now is not optional; it’s essential. We cannot ignore that in today’s world, institutions are often protected at the expense of the people they affect.
The Result?
-
Survivors are silenced through confidential settlements and threats
-
Misconduct is concealed instead of addressed
-
Consequences are delayed or eliminated
-
CHILDREN ARE HARMED WHEN SECRECY OVERRIDES ACCOUNTABILITY
IT'S TIME WE STAND UP.
